Our delivery team will contact you 1-2 hours before arrival to confirm your delivery window. Delivery hours are typically Monday through Saturday during standard business hours.
Customers must be available to receive their delivery. Missed delivery appointments may result in additional re-delivery fees.
Customers are responsible for inspecting furniture at the time of delivery. If any damage is noticed, please notify the delivery team immediately. Any damages or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos for our support team to review.
While we primarily serve the Texas market with our delivery service, we occasionally arrange shipping for large furniture items such as living room sets, bedroom furniture, and dining sets to other US locations.

Out-of-state shipments are handled by freight carriers and typically include curbside delivery, meaning the carrier will deliver furniture to the curb or end of your driveway.

All furniture is inspected before leaving our warehouse. If a freight shipment arrives damaged, customers must refuse the shipment or note the damage with the driver and notify NZR Furniture immediately so we can file a claim with the freight carrier and arrange a resolution.
Orders that are in stock are usually prepared for delivery or shipment within 1-3 business days. Once your order is ready for delivery or has shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking information via email or SMS.
Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
